Six Week Private Coaching


Hey friend!

I’m so excited you’re interested in taking your weight loss journey to the next level with one-on-one coaching. Private coaching is a truly transformational experience that will allow you to understand yourself and your thinking, in order to finally lose the weight and love your body.

At the end of our 6 weeks together, you’ll…

  • understand your cravings and desire to overeat so that you can overcome them

  • be in control of your food choices yet still able to enjoy food

  • be losing weight and creating a body you love, without feeling deprived

  • feel more balanced in your life and at peace with yourself

What is the curriculum?

Each week we’ll focus on a different theme for a holistic, mind/body approach to weight loss and wellness. This 6 week coaching is not a diet, and not a specific protocol for you to follow. It is a deep dive into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to end the cycles of yo-yo dieting and self-sabotage.

Week 1: Nutrition, hunger hormones, and your hunger cues

Week 2: Thought management

Week 3: Emotional Management

Week 4: Self-care

Week 5: Intuitive eating

Week 6: Balancing lifestyle factors and putting it all together

How is it delivered?

Each week will include one hour of virtual coaching (either over phone or Zoom video chat), as well as homework/exercises for you to complete to help you further learn, understand, and put into practice each week’s materials. All materials provided will be yours to keep and continue using at the end of the course.

What is the investment?

The total investment of the program is $1500. This can either be paid in full or in 3 payments of $500. If you are not completely satisfied with our work together after 30 days, I will fully refund your investment.
