Hi I’m Micki! I’m a dog lover, latté drinker, recreational Crossfit athlete and yogi, happiness seeker, and life-long learner.

I am thrilled that you have chosen to take part in RE{habit} Sugar! I’ll be the first to admit, I love me some sugar! But, as a nutrition and lifestyle coach, I also know that too much sugar is flat out harmful to the human body. I can’t wait to help you find balance in your eating so that you can enjoy real sugar, but also feel happy, healthy, and confident in knowing you are taking care of your body!
