Aaaah! Thanksgiving already?! Where has this year gone?

In honor of Thanksgiving this week, I thought I’d share a quick vinyasa flow to help open the heart. I like heart openers because not only do they feel amazing physically, but the whole concept of spiritually keeping the heart open is quite appealing to me.

An open heart, in my mind, lends itself to new friendships and connections, patience, understanding, and better enjoyment of the little things in life.

So whether you use this flow to help open your heart and express gratitude, or just for a quick relaxing stretch, take some time for yourself and enjoy! Happy Thanksgiving!
